Etisalat Directory Services Achieves New Benchmark in Global Quality Standards
Etisalat Directory Services, the leading directory publisher in the UAE, has been awarded the ISO/ IEC 9001-2008 Quality Management System (QMS) certification. This was presented in recognition that Etisalat Directory Services has implemented standardized best practice and techniques.The certificate was issued by the British Standards Institute (BSI) one of the leading certification body.
Achieving this certification shows its customers – which include many thousands of advertisers that partner with Etisalat Directory Services each year and the millions of users of its digital and print publications - the organization's commitment to quality-of-service. Directory Services was founded in 2008 and is led by General Manager Mr. Rashid Al Naqbi. “We have made extensive preparations for the ISO certification process, following the Etisalat Services Holding Corporate Strategy guidelines and supported by our management teams and are greatly encouraged by the results. Etisalat Directory Services continues to abide by quality controls and processes put in place to provide the best services to our advertising partners and users.
